Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 172 platform in any way, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 172 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 172. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes acceptance of those amended terms. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register for or use any services on this platform.
These terms are written in Bahasa Melayu for the convenience of Malaysian users. In the event of any conflict in interpretation, the version enforced shall be at 172's sole discretion.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the 172 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing credit balance.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including your full name, an active Malaysian mobile number, and valid local bank account details. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. 172 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact the 172 support team immediately.
- Users must be 18 years of age or older.
- Each phone number may only be registered to one account.
- The bank account name must match the name used to register the 172 account.
- Users are responsible for keeping their personal information up to date whenever changes occur.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 172 platform agree to use this service solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Using this platform for fraudulent activities, money laundering, or any activity that violates Malaysian law or other applicable laws is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Actions
- Using automation software, bots, or any technical tools to access or exploit the platform.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate betting outcomes.
- Misusing bonuses or promotions through unauthorised methods or in a manner that conflicts with the stipulated terms.
- Distributing offensive, threatening, or fraudulent content through any of the platform's communication channels.
- Attempting to access other users' accounts or 172's internal systems.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of remaining credits, and, where necessary, legal action. 172 reserves the right to investigate any suspected suspicious activity without prior notice to the user.
Users are also reminded that the responsibility to comply with local laws regarding online betting rests entirely with the user. 172 does not provide any legal advice in this regard.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 172 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). There are no foreign currency conversion charges for users who deposit and withdraw in MYR. Users are responsible for ensuring that the linked bank account is in their own name — fund transfers via third-party accounts will not be processed and may result in account suspension.
Deposit Policy
Successful deposits cannot be reversed once processing is complete. Users are required to verify the deposit amount before confirming the transaction. If a deposit error occurs, please contact 172 customer support within 24 hours of the transaction, along with proof of payment, for review.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals are processed only to the bank account registered at the time of account opening. Withdrawal requests to a different bank account will not be approved unless a valid account update process has been completed. 172 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving a first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to rollover requirements and validity periods set out separately. Users are advised to read the full terms of each promotion before accepting it. Bonuses that do not meet the requirements within the specified period will expire automatically. Misuse of promotions may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

The 172 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 172 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be free of technical errors, or be available at all times. 172 shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred by users due to technical disruptions, internet connection failures, or transaction processing delays that are beyond our control.
Under no circumstances shall 172's maximum liability to any user exceed the net deposits made by that user in the 30 days prior to the liability claim being raised.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 172 platform — including but not limited to logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 172 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from 172.
Third-Party Links
The 172 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 172 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users access third-party links entirely at their own risk.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
172 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any part of these Terms & Conditions. This includes, but is not limited to: the use of multiple accounts, payment fraud, betting manipulation, or any activity that compromises the integrity of the platform.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so through the account portal or by contacting the 172 support team. Valid credit balances will be refunded in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to any required verification.
Changes to Terms
172 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 172 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to refer the dispute to the appropriate jurisdiction.
